Host an Entrepreneur Workshop

Overview

This Statement of Work is provided by The Prompting, Inc., an Orlando, FL-based, non-profit organization that serves entrepreneurs and business owners globally. The 3-hour Entrepreneur Workshops are led in person by Prompting CEO, Dr. Rollan Roberts, or senior member of his staff. 

Project Scope

The Prompting responsibilities may be as follows:     

  • Lead one Entrepreneur Workshops (Youth, Young Adult, Collegiate, Community)
  • Providing all workshop support staff for 3-hour events
  • Providing local CEO’s and Entrepreneurs to help facilitate the workshop as needed
  • Providing Entrepreneur Workbook Guides for each attendee as needed
  • Setting up the free online registration process (optional)
  • Available for city/county support and promotional meetings and events
  • Provide ongoing bi-weekly Entrepreneur Huddles for ongoing support and development of attendees and non-attendees (optional)
  • Assist region with online Entrepreneur Portal & Internship Placement Resources (optional)

The Host responsibilities are as follows:

  • Providing the meeting location
  • Creating marketing collateral for distribution and event promotion
  • Assist in marketing efforts

Outcomes

  • Attendees leave with a comprehensive blueprint, strategy, next steps, and in some cases, a business ready to make transactions
  • Ongoing mentorship between entrepreneurs and local CEOs through CEO Huddles (optional)
  • Demonstrates community’s commitment to economic development
  • Provides opportunity for underserved communities
